The front of house staff were so friendly and welcoming. Definatly a well experienced teaming asking about any piercing history was such a comforting touch as I was already so nervous. Clearly they wanted to get a good understanding of how I was feeling and what I was looking to get done today.

I ended up getting two nipple piercings with Veronica today. I was super nervous as one of them was a re-piercing and I was concerned about scarring and pain etc. Veronica completely put me at ease. She listened to all my worries and questions, was so professional and welcoming I couldn’t be happier with the experience or outcome!

10/10 would recommend and will be returning! Thank you to Veronica and the team!

I visited the Holborn shop for a impulsive septum piercing yesterday. Raph was so reassuring and very professional. I loved the choice of beautiful jewellery and that you are measured for the perfect fit. I don't live close but will definately be back for another piercing as was so impressed. I’ve been wanting to get my nose pierced and a conch piercing. What better place to do it than my first time in London visiting from New Orleans, LA. Great experience with the piercer, which was explained thoroughly. It’s healing nicely 12 days later and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Thank you!

Angela did my sternum dermal piercing and my rook piercing, and she was amazing. She has a very steady hand and worked really quickly, so it barely hurt at all.
